Newport Lacrosse fees are generally NOT refundable:
- REGISTRATION fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if a player is placed on a team but it’s not the team he wanted (e.g. made JV but wanted Varsity).
This also applies to 7/8 A and 7/8 B and all other team divisions. - REGISTRATION fees are NON-REFUNDABLE if a player quits the team after the season has started.
- TOURNAMENT fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- TRAVEL fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Falsified information regarding player eligibility will result in a forfeit of all fees paid.
Newport Lacrosse will only process a refund in the following cases:
- Severe hardship or medical issue reported BEFORE first practice.
- Financial aid application is declined and refund requested BEFORE first practice.
REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 5% CHARGE FOR CREDIT CARD FEES.
