Fall Ball is a great way for new players to learn the sport, and for more experienced players to keep their stick skills sharp.
The “camp style” format will work on fundamentals.

Newport Lacrosse offers a multi-week series of 90 minutes sessions to work on conditioning and lacrosse skills for our Fall Ball program. These will be “practice like” sessions, players are expected to be in full gear. 

For experienced players – this is a fantastic chance to keep their stick skills sharp, improve their confidence, and further develop teamwork skills with the kids they will be playing with in the spring.

This is also for players that have never played but want to give it a try. This is a great opportunity for boys or girls playing other sports that want to try putting on the pads and learning the fundamental skills prior to spring season.
