Newport Lacrosse is sensitive to families who otherwise may not be able to participate due to financial hardships. We value their participation and include an option in the registration process where you can apply for a limited number of scholarships.
Availability of financial aid is limited to spring season and granted on a first come, first served basis. Only students with a current year approval for Free or Reduced Lunch are eligible.
- Free Lunch = 50% discount
- Reduced Lunch = 25% discount
Applicants must pay deposit upon registration but may wait to pay remaining balance due until financial aid eligibility and availability have been confirmed by Newport Lacrosse.
The last day to apply for financial aid is January 15th. Late applications may not be considered and payment of remaining balance is still due prior to start of the season.
Players with a balance due on the first day of practice will not be allowed to participate and may lose their financial aid.
